Linari Medical was founded in Italy in 2019 at the end of 10 years of clinical research, conducted in collaboration with the Stella Maris Foundation in Pisa, to develop telemedicine technology for neurorehabilitation.
The result of this development is AvDesk, a CE-certified and internationally patented medical device to evaluate and treat visual and cognitive disorders in adults and children.

CEO and co-founder of Linari Medical and HemiaLab, she has worked in innovation for over fifteen years with one core belief: technology only matters when it truly improves people's lives. Since 2019 she has focused on digital health, working alongside clinicians, engineers, and patients as an early advocate of telemedicine and AI. Author of the book Telemedicine and Artificial Intelligence, she believes in making care more human, accessible, and closer to those who live it.
Chairman & Co-Founder
Nuclear engineer, graduated with honors from the University of Pisa in 2003. He worked on the CMS experiment at CERN and later at Fermilab in Chicago. In 2003 he founded Linari Engineering, today a technology group that includes Linari Nanotech (electrospinning and nanofiber production), Linari Medical (telemedicine for neurorehabilitation), Alleantia (industrial IoT) and iProd (manufacturing optimization). He is co-author of many peer-reviewed publications on electrospinning and nanomaterials.

As Chief Information Officer he coordinates the IT infrastructure, systems security and digital tools supporting Linari Medical's activities. He oversees the development of the technology platforms that power AvDesk and the telemedicine services, ensuring reliability, operational continuity and compliance with industry standards.
