There is no fee for the trial month. Delivery, installation, and staff training are all included at no cost. The only condition for the facility is that the device must be covered by insurance for the entire trial period. At the end, there is no obligation to purchase: if you decide to continue, we can discuss it then.

For a public facility, the trial is framed as a free-of-charge loan agreement: a written agreement between Linari Medical and your organization, with no financial commitment. During the call, we will tell you exactly what is needed and in what order.

Training is included and takes place in your facility with a Linari Medical specialist. It lasts 2 hours and involves everyone on your staff who will use the device. No previous experience is required: at the end, staff will be able to set up exercises and read results independently. Telephone assistance remains available throughout the month.

Nothing: the trial is not tied to the completion of a specific number of pathways. The protocols are short, so within four weeks there is room to start another patient. Data from sessions already completed remain in the patient's file.

Patient images are never uploaded: processing happens on the device. Only record data and exercise results are stored in Linari Medical Cloud.

You can continue to use it through an operating lease or purchase. If, instead, you decide not to proceed, we will collect the device at our expense and nothing is owed.

AvDesk is a Class I non-invasive medical device: it delivers light and sound stimuli and does not administer drugs or electrical stimulation.
Observed side effects are transient and related to the attentional effort required by the session: fatigue from prolonged concentration, eye burning, or dryness. In documented use, no clinical worsening has been found.
Two precautions. In the presence of epilepsy, a preliminary clinical evaluation is necessary. In pediatric age, or in case of severe deficits, the session should be carried out with the assistance of a professional or a caregiver.

Yes. Telemedicine is the primary usage paradigm. The patient performs the sessions at home while the doctor and therapist supervise remotely via the Linari Medical Cloud. The integrated Physical AI (IR camera, Gaze and Head Tracking, and luminous guide arrows) continuously checks gaze, posture and attention, and guides the patient back into position, supporting treatment adherence even in the absence of an on-site operator.
