Transparency Model Confindustria Dispositivi Medici
Linari Medical, as a member company of Confindustria Medical Devices (CDM), discloses annually through a special Transparency Model the transfers of value made directly or indirectly to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Third Parties (PCOs, providers).
Data on transfers of value made during each year will be available in this section within the first six months of the following year, in accordance with Article 4 of the Confindustria Dispositivi Medici Code of Ethics, through a dedicated report.
The information entered concerns:
- Data related to the interaction between Linari Medical and the individual health professional (Article 4.3)
- Costs of participation in training, educational and promotional activities on company products organized by Linari Medical.
- fees for consulting activities and professional services, including voice-over activities defined by a specific contract between Linari Medical and the Professional showing the type of service provided, including related travel and hospitality expenses.
- Data related to the interaction between Linari Medical and the health care organization or other parties (Art. 4.4)
- financial support to events (e.g. sponsorship of conventions, congresses and scientific meetings, etc.) aimed at meeting a scientific or other educational/training need as described in paragraphs 2.7.1 and 2.7.2;
- fees for consultancy activities and professional services, including speaking services, as of a specific contract between Linari Medical and the Healthcare Organisation, indicating the type of service rendered, including the related travel and accommodation costs;
- donations in cash or cash equivalents provided to the Healthcare Organisation.
